Dairy Free 'Cocoa By The Fire' Tea Latte

Jazzed up holiday blends made easy.

 

Serves 1

 

Ingredients

  • 1 teabag ‘Cocoa By The Fire’
  • 150ml almond milk

To serve:

  • Dark chocolate bar  

 

Equipment

  • Fine Microplane® grater

 

Method

  1. Place the ‘Cocoa By The Fire' teabag in your favourite mug and half-fill with boiling water. Leave to brew for 4 minutes, then remove the teabag.
  2. Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan and gently heat through, aim for about 60°C. Froth up with a small whisk and pour into the tea.
  3. Use the Microplane® grater to top with dark chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
