We're a small business with big ambitions, and we like to do things properly. Caring for our planet and its resources is a major part of our ethos.
- Our tea bags are made from compostable corn starch. Ultrasound welding is used to attach the compostable string to the bag and also to make sure they stay strong and don't split open in your mug! The bags can be composted industrially, so please pop your spent teabags in your food waste caddy for kerbside recycling.
- All of our tea boxes are made from FSC® certified paper and cardboard, specifically designed to keep your tea as fresh as possible.
- The inner bag that's doing a sterling job keeping the tea inside our boxes fresh is made of a sustainable cellulose film that can be composted (at home)!
- Our delivery packaging is free from plastic and all elements are recyclable or reusable.

Allow 1 - 2 teaspoons per cup for loose-leaf or a single tea bag for 2 cups.
Water temperature 100˚C.
Infuse for approximately 2 minutes.
For the perfect brew, use your phone to scan the QR code printed on the packet to trigger a unique soundtrack that acts as a tea-timer and reveal the full Mellow Mint story.

I absolutely adore Quinteassential’s teas. I’ve got a different blend for my daily tea moments and each one is the perfect balance of freshness, sweetness, calm or energy depending on what I need. My favourite changes regularly though - today it’s Green Flamingo!

Mellow Mint is our interpretation of a classic.
Infused with smooth peppermint and nanna mint for a fresh kick, with just a hint of caramel for a touch of sweetness.
It reminds us of relaxing summer afternoons and is perfect for dunking a chocolate biscuit, as it soaks up and combines for a well-rounded minty sweet flavour.
