Wedgwood’s first tea curator
Wedgwood, a British luxury tableware and homeware company has tapped Quinteassential founder and tea designer, Bernadine Tay, as their first global tea curator. Their first collaboration will be named Wonderlust collection; a range of teaware and six accompanying tea blends that are inspired by the Grand Tours of the 15th century.
MILK & TWO SUGARS: TEA COCKTAIL WITH A TWIST
Inspired by the classic cocktail, London Fog, Cottonopolis created a new version using green tea instead of Earl Grey.
Ingredients: 1) Garden of Eden green tea (a handful) 2) Black Cow Vodka 50ml 3) Heaven on Earth liquer 15ml 4) Lactic acid 1 flat tsp 5) Sugar syrup 15ml 6) Egg white. Method: Add Garden of Eden tea to vodka. Mix all ingredients minus ice in a cocktail shaker to aerate. Add ice to chill.
